• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event ("syndicate betting") is strictly prohibited.
• Odds manipulation or any form of fraudulent activity is a criminal offence and will result in account termination.

Duel7 supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If unusual transaction patterns are detected, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended pending verification.
